CRISIS SUPPORTS

Black Youth Helpline
Services include a multicultural youth helpline & services, assessments and intervention, stay-in-school initiatives, and referral assistance.

Carea Community Health Centre
A community health centre for youth in Ajax/Pickering, offering free & confidential services.
Durham Counselling Walk-In Clinic available on Wednesdays from 1pm to 8pm.

Durham Mental Health Services
A charitable not-for-profit agency providing services and supports to individuals and families who are living with mental health concerns.

First Nations and Inuit Hope for Wellness Help Line
Immediate mental health counselling and crisis intervention for all Indigenous peoples across Canada. Available 24/7 and available in English and French.
